Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dynamic.IO (“Dynamic.IO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Ehgz mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Ehgz, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

Ehgz enables you to discover venues and request reservations. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

• A reservation request is an agreement between you and the venue; Ehgz acts as a facilitator and is not a party to that agreement.
• You agree to honor your reservations and to arrive on time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on your account.
• Venues may set their own policies regarding cancellations, deposits, minimum spend, party size, and seating; these policies are the responsibility of the venue.
• We are not responsible for a venue's failure to honor a confirmed reservation, changes to its offerings, or the quality of goods and services provided by the venue.
• Cancellations should be made through the app as early as possible so the table can be released to other guests.

Venue information — including menus, photos, hours, availability, and descriptions — is provided by venues or compiled from available sources. While we strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that any listing is error-free, complete, or current. Venues are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for the goods and services they offer.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Make fraudulent, speculative, or duplicate reservations, or bookings on behalf of others without authorization.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive reviews or content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including via malware, scraping, or automated means.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including the Ehgz name, logo, design, and software — are and will remain the exclusive property of Dynamic.IO and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Dynamic.IO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to do so.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ehgz is a discovery and booking platform; we do not own, operate, or control any venue and are not responsible for the food, beverages, service, safety, or conduct of any venue or third party. Your interactions with venues are solely between you and the venue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamic.IO and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any venue or third party on the Service.
• Any reservation that is not honored, cancelled, or altered by a venue.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic.IO from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
