This Privacy Policy describes how Dynamic.IO (“Dynamic.IO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the Ehgz mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Ehgz is a restaurant, café, and bar discovery and booking platform operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Service.

We collect several categories of information to provide and improve the Service:

Information you provide to us:

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
• Profile details — optional dietary preferences, favorite cuisines, and saved venues.
• Booking information — reservation dates, party size, seating preferences, and special requests you submit to venues.
• Communications — messages, feedback, reviews, and support requests you send to us or to venues through the app.

Information collected automatically:

• Device information — device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, search queries, venues browsed, and time spent in the app.
• Approximate and precise location — with your permission, to show nearby venues and improve recommendations.
• Log and diagnostic data — IP address, crash reports, and performance metrics.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process, confirm, and manage your restaurant reservations.
• To personalize venue recommendations and curate content relevant to you.
• To communicate with you about bookings, updates, security alerts, and support requests.

• Google Firebase — for authentication, cloud database and storage, crash reporting (Crashlytics), and push notifications.
• Firebase / Google Analytics — to understand how users interact with the app in aggregate and improve the experience.
• Cloud hosting providers — to store and serve application data securely.
• Payment processors — where applicable, to handle any transactions; we do not store full card details on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With venues — when you make a reservation, we share the details necessary to fulfill your booking (such as your name, party size, and time).
• With service providers — who perform services on our behalf, as described above.
• For legal reasons — when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.
• In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
• With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain and use certain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by Firebase — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
